Our Simulators Are Now Automated and Will Lock and Unlock Based on Reservation Times. Please be sure to book enough time or extend your reservation as soon as you can. PLEASE DO NOT TURN OFF LIGHTS OR COMPUTERS.
You must give up your bay at the end of your reservation no exceptions!
MAXIMUM OF 8 PLAYERS AT ONE TIME PLAYING ON THE SIMULATOR.
Please Exit the Building Within 10 Minutes After Your Reservation.
Absolutely NO unsupervised children in the building.
You will receive your entry code 5 minutes prior to your reservation time. Please do not enter or attempt to enter the building prior to that as to no disturb customers inside.
MINORS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT (1 ADULT/4 MINORS)
Members Only have access to after hours play.
Private Parties are limited to 24 occupants with a maximum of 8 players per simulator.
Multi-Sport is only available in the King’s Suite, and only available during private party bookings.
The suite is self service and easy to setup and use
- The Person who booked the Suite will be held responsible for any damage or additional fees.
- No Silly String, Confetti, etc. is allowed to be used on the property.
- Clean the suites and lobby area with the cleaning supplies provided following your party. Failure to do so will result in a minimum charge of $25 or more.
- Do NOT use drugs or smoke anywhere on the property, including e-cigarettes or vapes.
- Ensure that your shoes and golf clubs are clean before setting foot on the platform or turf.
- NO Hard Golf Spikes, Football/Soccer Cleats, Sandals, or Slip on Shoes are allowed.
- Only completely white golf balls (no marks) are allowed as any other color can cause damage to the screen or cause launch monitor misreads.
- Please use the provided equipment when playing the multisport games.
- Only one person is allowed on the playing area during their turn for both safety reasons and accurate gameplay.
- Please be aware of others around you when swinging a club or using any other equipment.
- Club 365 LLC is not responsible for injuries sustained while using the simulator games. By accepting our terms you have agreed to hold harmless Club 365 LLC and its employees for damage to your property or injuries sustained by any member of your party.

Please understand that we are SELF-SERVICE and Video Tutorials are provided.
You must have 1 adult for every 4 minors. If there are not enough adults (parental age),you will have to leave without provided a refund.
Enter no more than 5mins before your reservation
Additional charges may include a minimum cleaning fee of $25, an hourly rate for any additional time taken, and a fee of $10 per undeclared person. If the occupancy exceeds the allowed limit, guests may be asked to leave without a refund.
CANCELLATIONS – All purchases are final. We will be happy to provide you a gift card that will be equivalent to what you paid for the suite. We may charge a 5% restocking fee.
1. When you make a booking, you must agree to all terms, policies, rules, and regulations stated below and on the FAQ before booking.
2. You are responsible for any damage caused by you or your party to the premises, equipment, and all liability relating to the party & club365 property. You must pay for all the damage.
3. You MUST clean the room after use. This includes removing your trash and wiping down soiled surfaces with the provided bags, paper towels, and disinfectant cleaners. If you fail to do so, you may be charged a cleaning fee.
4. Food and drinks are NOT allowed on the simulator platform (the green turf) at ANY time. Horseplay of any kind is strictly prohibited. The police will be called if necessary. Do NOT use drugs or smoke on the property, including e-cigarettes or vapes.
5. It is required that all parties include at least one adult who is 18 years of age or older. Children must be accompanied by an adult, with a maximum of four children per adult. We kindly request that there is no rough play on or around furniture or other fixtures. By confirming this booking, you, as the adult, agree that any images you may post online and tag us in can be used by us for promotional purposes.
6. As the party agent making the booking, I hereby waive any and all liability for admission to or participation in any events at Club365 LLC. On behalf of myself and my party, I acknowledge, accept, and consent to the release of liability, assumption of risk, and guarantee that I have the legal authority to sign on behalf of myself and my party. This includes all areas within and around the premises, such as the parking lot, entryway, and simulator rooms, as well as any and all potential dangers, including but not limited to flying objects, slips, falls, or accidents involving or not involving alcohol. I release, discharge, and hold harmless Club365, its owners, officers, personnel, employees, agents, contractors, invitees, and volunteers. I, as the party agent, accept full liability and will always prioritize the personal safety of my party. I fully and expressly assume all risks and responsibilities for any injuries, losses, costs, and damages. I also agree to indemnify and hold each of the releases harmless from any expenses related to litigation, attorney’s fees, loss liability, damage, or costs that may arise from a claim.
7. Please be aware that failure to comply with our policies may result in your removal from the premises without a refund.
Cancellation Policy
Canceling and rescheduling. Customers may cancel or reschedule without penalty by notifying us at least 24 hours before their scheduled appointment or reservation time. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at:

Late cancellation. Cancellations are considered “late” when the customer does not cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment or reservation time. Late cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
Missed appointments. If a customer misses their scheduled booking or reservation without canceling or rescheduling they are not eligible for a refund.
Provider initiated cancellation. If, for any reason, we must cancel a customer’s scheduled appointment or reservation, we will notify you as soon as possible and work with you to reschedule or you will receive a full refund.
Refunds. You will receive a gift card of equal value for future use. A 5% restocking fee may apply.
Fee Waiver. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to waive any fee or penalty assessed hereunder for any reason we deem sufficient and reasonable.
